Of the last 38 hours or so I've spent about 50 minutes sleeping. Which is less good. It is because my lack of shut-eye that I won't write much now. If the magical pill doesn't work and I stay up all night, again, I might post more stuff later.
It's really cold here now. Everything is white and shiny; the fields and slopes are tucked-in under newly fallen snow. The trees shimmer as sunlight filters through the ice-crystals growing on their trunks and limbs. It is calm and silent, both day and night, as if Earth is resting, waiting for new energy and springtime to arrive. Even time has slowed down. I feel like I can taste every second and savour it before I let it go. I'm at peace with the world today. Or at least, I'm too tired to argue with it.
